Excellwell offers mindset and mental edge services to elite athletes and organizations. Our Athletic Mindset Program (AMP) is specifically designed to match the IHSAA seasonal sports schedule and offers athletic assessments and interactive workshops for parents, athletes, and coaching staff. Our program was developed by an emotional intelligence and human performance expert, and has been validated to develop athletic performance skills such as anxiety regulation, emotional control, positivity, and focus/concentration.
