About
The Iowa Lacrosse Association is dedicated to promoting and developing the sport of lacrosse throughout the state of Iowa. ILAX seeks to grow and honor the game by helping more youth discover and enjoy the sport as well as instilling values of sportsmanship and teamwork. We organize competition amongst Iowa teams (750+ boys and girls will compete in Spring '25 across Iowa from 10U through High School), recruit and train officials and coaches, and support development of new programs across Iowa.
