Hey Coach Team

Hey Coach is a coach-to-family communication platform built for athletic departments that are drowning in personal texting, group chats, and disconnected apps. Coaches text from their own phones through a school-issued team handle, families get a normal text back with no app to download, and every conversation is logged automatically for full oversight and accountability. Athletic directors get one dashboard to see every team, every coach, and every conversation across the program, plus automated weekly check-ins that build athlete engagement beyond logistics. Setup takes minutes per team, with rosters imported in a single pass, so a program can be live the same day it decides to switch.
