Champion Forward is a non-profit organization, founded by World Series MVP Ben Zobrist, that helps teenage athletes, parents, and coaches experience sports in a mentally and emotionally healthy way. The current sports journey creates more pressure, adversity and visibility than ever before.
As a solution to these challenges, we equip high schools, colleges and organizations with a simple, repeatable emotional intelligence training system. This system is comprised of proven tools that help athletes and coaches learn how to process feelings, respond to failure, and navigate success in a healthy way. We are focused on creating sports cultures that demonstrate high levels of self-awareness, balance, and connection—both on and off the field.
