About
Ohio University's Online Master of Science in Athletic Administration (MAA) program prepares coaches, teachers, and athletic professionals to become effective leaders in interscholastic (K–12) sports programs. The fully online, 30-credit program—accredited by COSMA and offered in partnership with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA)—emphasizes leadership, finance, law, and operations in athletics. Designed for working professionals, it can be completed in about 20 months and includes an on-campus Athletic Leadership Forum for hands-on learning and networking. Graduates are prepared for roles such as athletic directors and are positioned for NIAAA certification.
