SOAR Ohio/AASA

AASA, The School Superintendents Association, is the premier association for school system leaders. AASA develops and supports school system leaders through the national exchange of ideas; access to professional learning, publications, and resources; and opportunities to champion initiatives to help transform the future of public education. In partnership with the Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA), AASA is proud to bring forward SOAR Ohio, a year-long leadership experience supporting superintendents and their teams in creating future-ready systems that prepare every student for college, career, and life. SOAR unites national perspective with local leadership to ensure the work is both evidence-based and community-rooted. Together, AASA and BASA are committed to supporting Ohio's education leaders as they carry forward the Public Education Promise.
