Lil Kids Lax

LiL Kids Lax is an introductory lacrosse program designed specifically for elementary school Physical Education classes, serving Pre-K through 5th grade. Our curriculum focuses on fundamental motor skills, teamwork, and confidence-building through fun, age-appropriate activities using modified lacrosse equipment. With a progressive, non-contact approach, students develop hand-eye coordination, agility, and a love for the game in a safe and inclusive environment. LiL Kids Lax provides schools with a complete turnkey package, including lesson plans, instructional videos, and all necessary equipment to make lacrosse accessible and engaging for all students.
