Aviben is a third-party administrator of employee benefits, such as 403(b)/401(a)/457 remittance and compliance, as well as Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Section 125 Cafeteria plans. We would love to work with MASA members to help teachers/school staff save for retirement and get the best employee benefits available. We specialize in administering benefits for public sector employers, including several hundred school districts. Our expert consultants frequently give presentations to school business officials, superintendents, teachers, and/or other school staff on the various benefit options available under their plan, including but not limited to HRAs, HSAs, Section 125 Cafeteria plans, defined contribution plans, employer matching contributions (including student loan matching under Secure 2.0), benefits of multi-vendors, and many other subjects. Additionally, we work with nearly 50 vendors for retirement plan advising and insurance services and can provide referrals when requested.
