MaxWay Performance is a strength and conditioning company that provides remote subscription based training for high schools and athletes outside of the geographic area of the Seacoast of NH.
MaxWay has a scalable model that can be tiered out and modified to each individual school size, budget, and needs.
MaxWay will provide educational curriculum and support for the sport coaches to implement MaxWay's sport programs at their high schools. MaxWay will provide written instructions for cueing as well as video tutorials for all of the exercises in the programs.
