The pandemic, social media, and over-protective parents have exacerbated the problem. My Destination Unstoppable® and Win Like A Girl® frameworks inject confidence training into the athlete development model. These programs have helped over 1,800 athletes and coaches at the high school, college, and Olympic levels find the courage to escape their comfort zone, overcome obstacles and achieve big goals.
