EVENT: Opening an Event to a Custom Group Amp Feature
Purpose: To allow FinalForms Admins the ability to open events to only custom groups of members instead of the entire membership.
How to:
NOTE: You will have to create your custom group first, and add them manually to the event. Follow the steps below to create a group and only open an event to them.
- Go to Manage-Custom Groups and click on the blue “New Custom Group” button
NOTE: You may also communicate with the members in the custom group anytime by going back to the Manage-Custom Groups page, finding your group, and clicking the black “Email” button to send an email communication.
Conclusion: This feature update allows FinalForms Admins a convenient way to open an event to only a specific group of people. This is good for allowing certain members or vendors the ability to register for an event first, prior to opening the event to the rest of your members.
