EMAIL: NEW How to Send an Email in AMP
Amp Feature
Purpose: To assist FinalForms AMP Admins with the ability to send an email using the AMP mailman.
How to:
1. Go to your sorts, and find the group of members/vendors you want to send an email to. Once you have your target audience, click on the Email button.
NOTE: You will have the ability to use your own personal email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) or the AMP platform. We encourage the AMP platform if you want to be able to track emails in FinalForms AMP. (For the sake of this training tip, click on the "via AMP" button)

2. You will review your sending method and be able to exclude or include any members who have opted out of communication.
Progress through the screen and down below is where you can put your subject and message.
NOTE: If you have images you need to put in the email, choose the "HTML body" checkbox in the second image. That will help with more complex messages with links and images! NOTE: You can also press the yellow "Send Test" button to email yourself before you send it to your entire target audience.

3. Once you have your message ready and press "Send Email", you're all set!
You may check if the email sent under Manage-Emails where there is a log of all emails sent through FinalForms AMP.
