PAYMENT: Marking Members Paid via Check or PO AMP Feature

Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to mark a member paid via check or PO.

How to:
1. Go to Manage-Members. Search for the Member you wish to mark paid. (You can also sort in the magnifying glass for any members who have a pending payment)

The Members list with the search filter panel open to Fees, showing Pending checkboxes ticked and matching rows highlighted

2. When you found your member you want to mark paid, click on their dollar sign, and then click Edit. (You may also need to click the blue "Pay" button if the member does not have a pending payment. The edit button will only appear if the member has a pending payment in route)

3. On the edit page, enter in the details of the payment. (Check or PO #, date, any notes you want to have on file, etc.) Once complete, click the blue Update Payment button at the bottom.

4. Once you update payment, you will be all set! If done correctly, the member will show up green for the fees that were paid. You can see record of your payment you processed under Manage-Member Payment History if you need to see a transaction record.

NOTE: If you mess up, that is perfectly okay! You can click on the trash can icon to delete a payment and rerun.
