MEMBER: Other Member's Fees Amp Feature
Purpose: To allow FinalForms Admins and association members the ability to pay for other member's fees when checking out.
How to:
NOTE: When it's time to pay for yearly fees like conference, or new membership, there is now the ability to pay for other member's fees upon checkout. To pay for other member's fees, follow the steps below:
- At the check out page, admins and members can click on the button “+Other Member's Fees”

2. A dropdown will appear and you can start typing the name or email of another member you would like to pay for.

3. Once you click on the member's name, their fees will appear if they have payable fees.
Note: If no fees appear, the member you added does not have any fees, at this time.
Also, if multiple fees appear, you can use the blue checkbox on the left to uncheck any fees you do not choose to pay for. For example: you only want to pay for another member's conference fee, not their membership fee, you may uncheck the fees you do NOT want to pay for.

4. Once you have added all the members you want to pay for and are ready to check out, you may pay all fees as normal.

Conclusion: This feature update allows FinalForms Admins and association members an easier way to checkout by being able to pay multiple member's fees at once. This is great for any members who want to pay for their entire school, when checking out, for example.
