VENDOR: Vendor Completed Conference Forms Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to manage their vendor conference and view vendor's completed forms/number of booths purchased more easily.
 
How to: 
1. Manage-Annual Conference

2. Click the Administrative Button and toggle over to Vendors

3. Go to the magnifying glass and sort for Annual Conference Registration form. You can sort by either complete (green) or incomplete (red). This will help Admins to easily track which vendors completed their registration and which still need to.

You can also sort by number of booths purchased! This will be extremely helpful to see how many true vendors you have attending your conference.

4. NOTE: You will see that you can sort by All Event Forms, Registration Form, Confirmation Form, etc. Make sure to check your form set to know which exact form you are trying to sort by. (See image below. In this example, we want to sort by the first conference form "Registration" to see who completed that one form)

Conclusion: This new training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to manage their vendor conference and view vendor's completed forms/number of booths purchased, more easily. This was a pain point this conference season when the second vendor form "Confirmation" was released. When that form was released, it threw off a lot of vendor chairs counts knowing who was attending the conference and who was not. This feature will help to alleviate that issue and allow a more accurate count of vendors attending your conference when new forms are released.
