VENDOR: Updating a Primary Representative
Amp Feature
Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to create a new primary representative in their AMP Database.
How to: 1. Go to Manage-Vendors. Type in the company you are looking to update a new primary representative for. Click on the company's name to pull up their profile.

2. Scroll down to the list of the company's representatives. Once you find the representative that you want to make primary, you would click on the little person icon next to their name.
For example: Next to Nick's name is a little person icon that is red, simply click on that to change the primary rep of a company.

3. Once the little person icon is turned green, you are all set! Nick is now the primary representative for FinalForms, in this example.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to create a new primary representative. This is helpful when a new vendor inquiry is sent to your association, or if there is an update to the best contact person for a company.
