Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to learn more about the membership gap report.
How to:
NOTE: The membership gap report is to help associations find gaps in their membership and be able to reach out to potential new members.
1. Manage-Members

2. Press the black Export button. Under Export in the dropdown, choose Membership Gap Report

3. Press Export and the membership gap report will be sent to your email address.

4. Once you receive the email with the membership gap report, open the CSV file.

NOTE: These are the statuses you will see on the membership gap report. You will see: Unknown, Potential New Member, Potential Incorrectly Located Member. The definitions of these are in the email you receive. That will help tell you more about the membership gaps your association has.

5. You now have a list of potential gaps in your membership that you can reach out to inquiry about your association, potentially change their schools/emails if they moved districts, or import as new members and send them registration emails to help boost your association's membership. (See the email for more explicit instructions on how to do that)
NOTE: Some of these contacts may not be the exact member you're looking for. AMP uses data sources to help give you the best contact for each school/district to reach out to. At very minimum, you can reach out to a school's best contact and ask if their school's administrator would be interested in becoming a member of your association.
