EVENT: How to Take Attendance on an Event Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to take attendance on an event.
 
How to: 
NOTE: You will have to make sure attendance is turned on for your event. You will need to go to the event's edit button to make sure the Generate Attendance button is checked on in order for attendance mode to show up.

1. Manage-Conference (or All Events if you want to choose a different event)

2. Click the Administrative button and click on Attendance Mode.

3. Once you get on the attendance page, attendance mode has now been activated.

4. Return back to the event.

5. Now the Change Attendance button will appear. Click on the button.

6. Mark your member's attendance. All the member's sub events they signed up for will appear. Press Submit when finished.

7. Once you submit attendance, you can then check all your attendees by going to the magnify glass and sorting by the sub event you want to see attendance for.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to take attendance on events in FinalForms AMP. This is extremely helpful for sub events like LTCs or meals where attendance can be recorded.
