VENDOR: Adding Vendor Sponsorship Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to add in Vendor sponsorship amounts each year.
 
How to: 
NOTE: Vendor Chairs will need to go in each season/year to add in sponsorships. Since all sponsorships can be different, that's why this needs to be updated each year to reflect the specific sponsorship package.

1. Manage-Vendors. Find the vendor you want to add a Sponsorship to.

2. Click on the dollar sign and the white button "Add Custom Fee" Add in the amount of the sponsorship. NOTE: It is good practice to add the year before the fee name. This helps with reporting from year to year.

3. Once you add in the amount and press Create Fee, you're good to go! Your vendors can now pay for their yearly association sponsorship via FinalForms AMP.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to add in Vendor Sponsorships each year. This is great to do around conference time so vendors can pay for their sponsorships and conference dues at the same time.
