VENDOR: Changing a Vendor's Vendor Level Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to change a vendor's vendor level.

How to: 
1. Manage-Vendors. Find the vendor whose vendor level you want to change. Click the Edit button on the right.

2a. Scroll down to Sponsorship Level and click on the Vendor dropdown. Select the vendor level you want to choose for the vendor and save changes at the bottom of the screen.

2b. You may also go to a vendor's forms to change a vendor level under the vendor information form. Once you change the vendor level, save changes at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: Once a vendor's level has changed, they will get that new vendor level's pricing on all sponsorships and events. Ex: Comped booths for conference.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to update a vendor's vendor level. This is particularly helpful when a vendor has inquired about moving up their sponsorship amount, for example.
