Communication Improvements Amp Feature
Feature: Automatically Confirm New Email Address
Sometimes when adding a Representative or Retired member it is desired to not force the person to confirm their account via a confirmation email. Up until now many Admins have gotten around this by entering their own email or some other workaround. We added the ability to skip the confirmation email (described below) and mark the email as the accepted new email for the member/representative!
This ability is available for admin only.
Feature: Communication Opt Out
A long awaited and one of the most requested features!
Each member now has the ability to opt out of non-essential association communication! Not only that, but certain member types (ex: Exchange Members, Retired) automatically get this option checked, but have the ability to uncheck it!

Feature: Send Using Personal Email vs AMP Mailman
This is a brand new feature that is opt-in only to Associations!
We have often tried to communicate how sending via the AMP Mailman (which is forced in many cases - with no copy email addresses ability more common than not for most associations) often results in communications ending up in the Junk mailboxes.
With this option enabled (which is currently enabled for all admin), members will see the interface below which forces them to choose either to send via their own mail client or via the AMP Mailman (as previously was done).
We hope by associations enabling this feature that members will see a great improvement in successful communication, as well as email interfaces that they are more comfortable with.

We would love to enable this feature for any association that feels it may be beneficial for their membership. Please reach out to Julie if you are interested!
