MEMBER: Changing a Member's Membership Level
Amp Feature
Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to change a member's membership level.
How to:
1. Manage-Members

2. Find the member whose membership level you want to change. Click the Edit profile button.

3a. Scroll down to Association Information and click on the Membership Type dropdown. Select the membership level you want to choose for the member and save changes at the bottom of the screen.

3b. You may also go to a member's forms to change a member's membership level under the contact information form. Once you change the membership level, save changes at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: Once a member's level has changed, they will get that new membership level's pricing on all membership and events. Ex: Retired rates for conference/membership.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to update a member's membership level. This is particularly helpful when a member has retired, or wants to change from a regular member to a dual member, for example.
