ADMIN: Granting Admin Access AMP Feature

Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to grant someone Admin access.

How to:
NOTE: Granting someone Admin access will give them access to all the features under the Manage bar. At this time, there are not specific permissions we can grant Admins, it's either all or nothing.

1. Manage-Members

The Members list page listing member rows with status icons and an Edit dropdown action on the right of each row.

2. Choose the member you want to grant Admin access to. Click on their edit button

A member row's Edit dropdown open, listing Edit, Assign Groups, Change Password, Become, and Merge options.

3. Scroll down to Administrative Roles and check the box on to grant Admin access. Click Update Profile at the bottom when done.

NOTE: To remove Admin access, you would simply uncheck the box to remove someone's privileges.

The member edit form scrolled to Administrative Roles, with the Association Admin checkbox ticked above the Membership Statuses fields.

4. Once you see the little person icon next to the member, you are all done! That member has became an Admin. You may also go under the magnify glass on the left to sort by your association's Admins anytime.

The Members list with a small admin icon circled next to a member's name, indicating they now have Admin access.

The Members list search filter dropdown open, with the Admins checkbox checked under Member Types to sort for admins.
