MEMBER: Membership Bell Icon AMP Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to prompt members to confirm their account, pay their fees, sign forms, etc. using the bell icon
 
How to: 
1. Manage-Members

The Members list page showing member rows with status icons, name, school/district, and an Edit action for each.

2. Find the Bell Icon next to the member's name to prompt an activity:

NOTE: If a specific item is missing from the dropdown, that means that the action has already been completed. For example, if the "Prompt Payment" icon is missing from the dropdown, that means that the member doesn't have fees to pay or already paid all their fees.

3. Select the desired action. An email will be sent to the member for whichever action you chose.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to prompt their members' actions. This makes it easy to resend emails with the press of a button for your membership, instead of manually drafting an email.
