EMAIL: Mass Sending Confirmation Emails Amp Feature

Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to send mass confirmation emails to their members.

 

How to: 

1. Manage-Members

2. Use your sort to zone in on the members you want to reach out to. For this example, we will use any member that hasn't confirmed their account. "Unconfirmed"

3. Click Export and Export again. Then download your report in the next window.

Note: You do not need to do anything to these reports. No manipulation is required to mass send confirmation emails.

4. When your report has been downloaded click on Import and go to "Mass Send Registration Emails"

NOTE: You will notice, there are different drop downs that you can utilize here. For example: you can mass send payment prompts, mass send membership cards, mass send membership renewal reminders for any members that haven't renewed their membership yet, etc.

5. On the next page, you need to choose the report we received on the previous page and Import it back into AMP.

6. Once your report has been re-imported into AMP, you are all set! Those members have now received an email from AMP to confirm their account.

Conclusion: This training tip allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to mass send confirmation emails to their members. This is extremely helpful when you are trying to clean up your database and reach those members that have yet to sign up in AMP.
