VENDOR: Creating a New Representative Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to create a new representative in their AMP Database.

How to:
1. Go to Manage-Vendors. Type in the company you are looking to add a new representative to. Click on the company's name to pull up their profile.

2. Scroll down to +New Representative to create a new representative.

Note: Sometimes a new representative may already be in the system, if you get an error trying to create a new representative. If that is the case, you would go to "Add Representative" instead if they already have an account in your representative database. This would be common if a rep worked for two different companies, for example.

3. On the next page, fill in the representative's information. All you need to create a representative is full name and email address. Scroll down and create representative below when completed.

4. Once your representative is created, you are all set! They will receive an email to confirm their new representative profile.
