EMAIL: Emailing Members/Vendors in an Event Amp Feature
Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to check on outstanding items in events for their members/vendors. This could be useful to reach out to members/vendors who have not completed their registration, or paid their event fees.
How to:
1. Manage-All Events
2. Select the Member or Vendor roster from which you are seeking information from. (NOTE: Members are on the left, Vendors are in the middle!)
3. From the roster, select the Magnifying Glass dropdown menu to sort or filter by the information you are seeking. For example, you want to know Completed Forms, Unpaid Registration, or many sorts or filters to collect data on the event.
4. Once you have your sort, you can mass email these members/vendors to let them know they have outstanding items. For example, if you are sorting by Incomplete Forms under an event you can email all these individuals about completing their conference form/registration.

Conclusion: This feature update allows FinalForms AMP Admins and association members a convenient way to see what's outstanding. You can do this with members/vendors about signing forms, not paying their registration, etc. This training tip can help Admins be able to keep good track of those outstanding items within an event to promote better follow up!
