MEMBER: Custom Group Pricing Amp Feature


Purpose: To allow FinalForms AMP Admins the ability to create a custom group, and apply specific pricing to the group members.

How to:
1. Go to Manage-Custom Groups. Choose the custom group you want to apply specific pricing to.

NOTE: You will need to create your custom group if you do not have one yet.

2. Once you picked the custom group you want to use, click "Edit" on your custom group.

3. Now, we have to create the discount. Scroll down the page to "Fees". Once there, you will have to add a new member product by clicking on the black "Add Product" button. This is going to help you set up the custom pricing. Fill in the name of the discount you want to give, the amount, and the product this discount is going to be applied to. Once you have all your information, press "Create Member Product".

NOTE: In simpler terms for this example, we are giving our TIAAA board members a free conference discount. We named our product "2025 Annual Conference Discount Board Member", we are discounting the $175 regular member conference fee (make sure to put a negative sign to indicate a discount) and we have to apply this discount to the 2025 TIAAA Annual Conference Registration Fee (below).

4. Press "Update Custom Group".

5. You can add your members to your custom group by clicking on the black button "Add Members"

6. Once your members and products are added, you're done! Nick will now have a discount when he registers for the TIAAA conference.

Conclusion: This feature allows FinalForms AMP Admins a convenient way to apply specific pricing to a custom group of people. This is extremely beneficial around conference time, membership renewal, or any other event times during the year where specific pricing is preferred for a specific group of people.
